Prepare and send invoices & receipts, credit or debit notes and updated statements of account to clients.
Enter accounts receivables & payables and non-media related expenses in Dolphin software.
Manage the cash flow of the company’s accounts.
Follow up on accounts receivable.
Prepare payments for accounts payable/non-media expenses.
Monthly/Quarterly reconciliation of all accounts.
Handle monthly payroll.
Assist on reporting (Budgeting, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Sales and Cost Figures, Revenue and Gross Profit Reports).
Work with the Managing Director/CEO to enable the smoothest possible financial operation of the company.
Assist the Finance Manager in preparation of customized reports and special tasks.
Negotiate exchange rates with banks and currency houses, and payment terms with clients and suppliers.
Liaise with the media team for the preparation and issuance of media insertion and booking orders.
Liaise with Bank regarding banks transfers, and other material issues.
Liaise with our offices around the rest of the world to ensure smooth inter-company communication and administration.
