  • A client in Mumbai is looking for :-
    • Head Human Resource Business Partner at 5 Paisa.com HO and Managing two other locations(Gurgaon, Pune)
    • To develop organisation strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organisation strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organisational objectives.
    • Implementing human resources strategies by establishing department accountability, including staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management,To conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads. Manage costs of Hiring.Managing human resources operations by selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change. Setting up processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR Function. Developing human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimising the impact of variances.Facilitating effective employee relations & retention through Employee Engagement Initiatives Devise strategies on people development initiatives.
    • Requirements :
    • 7+ years of experience working in People Operations/Human Resources, preferably from BFSI/Insurance or Broking Firm.
    • Deep understanding of employment/labor laws.
    • Humongous experience in all formats of Hiring
    • Experience developing orientation and training programs.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • A high sense of urgency and ability to priorities .
    • An engaging and fun personality (not the policy police stigma of HR)
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience with, knowledge of and opinion of newest generation of HRIS systems.
    Track record of integrity, discretion and ethical behavior in all work situations, with a strong understanding and respect for keeping confidences with matters relating to people
